Thank you. I am pleased to learn that the FXI respects organisational Codes of Conduct and Disciplinary Procedures. At this stage of the matter and process, I am not at liberty to say any more than simply to indicate that you have 'erred' and the process of disciplinary action shall proceed unabated. The matter is sub judice. We should all await the outcome of the process. When the process is complete, I shall point out the factual inaccuracies to you and your institute.
